Paros is the centre of the Cycladic sea routes and can be used as a starting point for trips to the neighbouring islands, either for independent travelers or for those who wish to make a cruise. Here are some of the trips on offer:
Delos- Mykonos: A trip to Delos, the holy island of the ancient Greeks, with unique ancient monuments and to cosmopolitan, famous Mykonos, with its wonderful Cycladic architecture.
Amorgos: An island, which offers a rare beauty and peace. The medieval capital of Amorgos and the Monastery of Hozoviotisa, which is built against the side of a vertical rock, are both of great historical interest.
Santorini: The island which offers unique scenery with villages perched on the top of the cliffs and wonderful beaches.
Naxos: A neighbouring island with a Venetian castle, huge beaches and an interesting inland area.
Tinos: Famous for its marble church, the Panayia with its miraculous icon.
Antiparos: Accessible by small boats from Parikia or by ferry boats from Pounta. A quiet island, with wonderful beaches and a famous cave.
The small Cyclades: Unspoilt islands where the way of life is at least ten years behind the rest of the world.
